The Pohl Children's Foundation provides Lift Kits to teens and adults in Minnesota who are in need a mental health suicide prevention pick-me-up.

Each Lift Kit contains the following items:

Teens and adults from Minnesota may request a Lift Kit for themselves OR friends and family are welcome to nominate someone they feel would benefit from a Lift Kit.

We will need a name and physical address to send to as we ship via UPS.
